Lucifer season 4 notes: The latest convention discussion
If you’re located in the UK, there is a chance that you could be able to meet much of the cast and crew at LUX, a Starfury Conventions event happening from January 18-20. While the gold tickets are already sold out for the event, you can head over to the link here if you want to purchase regular tickets. As of right now, the devil himself in Tom Ellis is officially going to be present, but there will more than likely be many other names announced in the weeks to come. Come January, filming for season 4 could either be over or at least close to over, given that there are only ten episodes and production is beginning a little bit later this summer.
As for other possible conventions, there was talk about a possible presence for Lucifer at Comic-Con in a few weeks but the show is not on the Warner Bros. TV schedule. There may not have been time to reserve a panel given all of the renewal/cancellation flux. Hopefully, there will still be something that happens. If nothing else, maybe there’ll be a rather-large fan gathering somewhere! We figure that something will eventually come together.
Meanwhile, we’d also love it if Lucifer ended up attending New York Comic-Con but given that production is likely going to be underway on the West Coast around that time in October, that feels like a longshot. WonderCon in the new year would be a fun venue for the cast, even though they may not be located on the West Coast at that time. That’s just our favorite convention so of course, we’re a little bit biased and want them to turn up there.
