The 100 season 5 episode 8 spoilers: Clarke’s choice; Bellamy’s reaction

The 100 season 5 episode 8

Given that there is no new episode of The 100 season 5 airing on The CW on Tuesday night, why not go ahead and take a longer look ahead to what’s coming up down the road?

The series is going to be coming back on the air come June 19, but for the sake of this article we’re actually looking ahead towards the episode on June 26 entitled “How We Get to Peace.” That’s a pretty darn powerful name for the episode, especially since it suggests that there’s a lot of exciting stuff coming that could alter the course of many of these characters for quite some time. It’s also got some meaty material in here for Eliza Taylor and Bob Morley.

Below, The 100 season 5 episode 8 synopsis offers up some more news right now when it comes to what lies ahead:

DETERMINATION – Clarke’s (Eliza Taylor) determination to protect Madi (guest star Lola Flannery, “Home Again,” “Shadowhunters”) puts Bellamy (Bob Morley) in an impossible position. Paige Turco, Henry Ian Cusick, Marie Avgeropoulos, Lindsey Morgan, Richard Harmon, Chris Larkin and Tasya Teles also star. Antonio Negret directed the episode written by Lauren Muir (#508). Original airdate 6/26/2018.

Ultimately, we think that challenging Clarke and Bellamy in some sort of way is the best thing that can happen for their future. It puts them in a position where they really have to think about things and determine whether or not they can be on the same page moving forward. We’d like to think that Bellamy will understand why Clarke is making the decisions that she is and the two can figure something more out … but we’ve also learned very much over time that, when it comes to the world of The 100, there really are no guarantees.
