Supernatural season 13 episode 22 preview: The ‘Exodus’ story for Sam, Dean

Supernatural season 13 episode 22 is coming up on The CW in one week’s time, and this episode (entitled “Exodus”) is going to be a great installment of the show. After all, this is the penultimate episode of the season, and one that on the surface is looking to set up the events of the finale in a big way. Sam and Dean are going to be working together for not only themselves, but for the majority of the people around them.

Unfortunately, with this series so close to the end of the road, this is the time in which The CW starts to clamp up and that is precisely what they are doing here. There, unfortunately, isn’t too much more that is being said in terms of what is coming up next. Would it be great to get a little more insight than we are? Sure, but we’re in somewhat of a we’ll-take-what-we-can-get mode at present.

HITCHING A RIDE – Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) devise a plan that will save innocent lives. Meanwhile, Jack (Alexander Calvert) continues to wrestle with the consequences of his decisions. Thomas J. Wright directed the episode written by Eugenie Ross-Leming & Brad Buckner (#1322). There’s really nothing that we’re expecting insofar as just some more surprising twists and hopefully a lot of really bold, interesting action. Sure, there will be a lot of humor (that’s in the favor of Supernatural, after all), but that is likely going to be mixed with a lot of drama and a few other surprises every step of the way.
