Chicago Med season 3 episode 16 preview: Bekker’s dangerous case

Chicago Med season 3 episode 16

“An Inconvenient Truth” isn’t just a film featuring Al Gore and the world’s most dramatic global-warming slideshow; this is also the title for Chicago Med season 3 episode 16 airing on NBC come April 17. This is going to be an episode where some characters are clearly going to have to face some tough facts. To go along with this, there is a reasonably good chance that this could be one of the biggest cases yet for Dr. Bekker. For most of the season, she’s been back and forth with Dr. Rhodes. For this upcoming episode though, this story could be about something that happens to her a little more independently. She finds herself in charge of an operation, but when something goes wrong, she’s going to be in charge of dealing with some of the consequences for what transpires.

Our first reaction to reading this at the moment is as follows: How many people close to Sharon and some of the other employees of the hospital are going to be in danger? Will’s had his father come in, we’ve already seen Sarah Reese’s dad on a couple of occasions, and there’s also been a pretty pivotal storyline so far this season with Maggie’s ex, who found himself in hot water after it was revealed that effectively, he’s been living a lie over the past several years with a false identity.

What’s going to be happening with the Will – Natalie relationship within this hour? That’s a not mentioned in the synopsis, but if the current course of this season is any indicator, there’s going to be so much more in the way of drama coming up. They’re struggling with the parameters of the job and their life away from it. It’s hard for Natalie to take ownership of her successes or failures with Will constantly watching over her shoulder.
