Ink Master season 10 episode 9 preview: Is a Josh Payne, Juan Salgado alliance forming?
So how could Josh Payne and Juan Salgado really link up? It could be in part due to the fact that next week does away with the team twist, at least for one episode. Everyone is fighting for themselves so with that, things are suddenly more akin to a normal season of Ink Master where people are left to fend for themselves. People like Josh are Juan are the sort who love to think that they are the best and with that, they want to beat the best at the end of the day. The two parties clearly are confident in their own abilities and want to go to the end against each other and battle it out.
There is some truth to what the two parties are saying, mostly in that it does feel as though Josh and Juan two of the most consistent artists there. While neither one of them has necessarily been at the top of many Elimination Challenges it always feels like they’re hovering somewhere near there. The only time Josh was really in danger was via the face-off, but that was largely just because it was a one-on-one showdown. It’s going to be a little bit harder to see just how this alliance is actually going to work when these two guys are back into teams again, but we’re interested in watching to see how things play out.

As for who could be in danger, we are entering an episode at this point where it is starting to feel like Daniel Silva could be in a good bit of trouble. After all, we are talking here about someone who has a lot of talent but not a lot of ability to adapt and listen to others. If this continues, it’s hard to imagine a situation in which he makes it to the end and wins.
