Hawaii Five-0 season 8 episode 14 video: Adam’s recruiting mission
To be specific, you’re going to see Adam do just about everything that he can in order to begin his recruitment mission after being assigned by Steve to take down organized crime in Hawaii. One of his first orders of business is recruiting the right people to serve as CIs. They can give him access to the inner workings of some of these worlds and enable him to execute some of the missions that he needs to.
Unfortunately, he has a hard time in this preview getting one potential informant (Christine Ko) to come on board, despite some of the good arguments that he makes about the benefits of going along with his idea. Even though it appears as though there are many, she is still clearly hesitant to get put into this position. After all, she was just in prison. Luckily, we do think that Adam has a knack for being persuasive … he may find a way to get through to her just yet.
As an ex-con himself, what Adam brings to this operation is clear: An understanding of how people operate within this world and also what they want. He’s been around it for so long that, even when fighting for the good guys, it is absolutely a part of him.
As for your second episode clip, we’ve got a chance to see the latest argument when it comes to Steve and Danny’s restaurant. Basically, there was a robbery at the restaurant and that is especially embarrassing when you think about their profession. Even though these two should know a thing or two about how to protect themselves, Danny apparently forgot to lock the restaurant. How in the world do you forget to do that? Well, that’s a very good question … but it’s not one that we’ve got an answer to at the moment.
Basically, this sneak peek is the one you’re going to want to watch several times over if you love all things Steve and Danny — the best part of it is Steve proclaiming that this is the most important case of the cop’s life.
