Game of Thrones season 8: Is Sarra Frey returning?
Here is where one of the more interesting possible reactions could be coming up for Arya Stark. According to a report coming in Watchers on the Wall, you are going to see actress Danielle Galligan play a character named Sarra. It’s not 100% confirmed that she is the same Sarra as in Sarra Frey, but it is something that should be considered. How many people are there named Sarra from within the Game of Thrones world? There can’t be all that many, right? That’s one of many interesting questions that you are left to wonder while we continue what is a very long wait for season 8 to premiere.
Due to the specific nature of the scene being filmed, production on these final six episodes may take far longer to produce than any other season — think along the lines of epic battles featuring a number of core cast members. The show also has to consider the fact that there are only so many cast members left and they have to carry the weight of the show. It was easier to have multiple filming crews back when there were so many cast members — you could do things by and large concurrently without any real issue.
Game of Thrones season 8 is going to be premiering (more than likely) on HBO in late 2018 or early 2019 — just don’t expect any official news before then. If this Sarra ends up being the same one that we’re speculating it is at the moment, that’s a rather big deal for several reasons. For one, does that mean she’ll try to avenge the death of Walder Frey, or does it signify a new rise of power for that family? What we’re assuming about the end of the series is that you’ll get a mixture of happy endings as well as some rough ones; it’s unrealistic to assume that the good guys will have control of every territory that matters.
