Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers episode 8: An immunity idol fight

This was a big move against the Healers, and it’s fair to wonder if the remaining members of that tribe now find themselves all sitting ducks. Joe was right to be worried, but he ended up picking the wrong person.
In the preview that aired tonight, what you saw was probably the craziest fight for an immunity idol / possible clue since the whole movie-reward showdown with Danielle and Amanda on Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains. Chrissy and Cole are apparently going after something at the same time and neither one of them is willing to relent. The Healers all know that they are sitting ducks, provided that they cannot figure out some other way to navigate in the game. They need to find a way to find the weakness in that other alliance and roll with it.
What we would say to some of these people is this — Ben, Chrissy, Devon, and Ryan are likely the core of that group just based on their strength across multiple tribes. If you’re on the outside of that, you should consider some of your other options for now. This is the part of the game where the moves you make now could impact things weeks down the road.
After watching the preview and understanding where the game is right now, what you need to remember (beyond that previews can be misleading) is that there is so much flux in modern Survivor. If the game looks like it’s swinging one way, one bad decision for a reward or one immunity idol can change everything.
For the record though, we can’t imagine Cole getting this idol over Chrissy and whoever manages to come to her aid.
