Once Upon a Time season 7 episode 5: Aftermath of Emilie de Ravin shocker

Once Upon a Time season 7 episode 5 is airing on ABC in one week, but is it hard for anyone to focus on it?

Well, let’s just try to wrap our heads around everything that is going on now — Rumpelstiltskin is trying to move forward with his next chapter of life; maybe at some point he will have a chance to get back to that great love in Belle in the afterlife; for now, though, Emilie de Ravin is gone. We’ve gotta dry off the tears and then do everything that we can to look ahead to what’s coming up on the show next. This brings us to the promo below for next week’s “Greenbacks,” an installment that is going to be significant for a few different reasons.

For one, this will be the Princess and the Frog story, and a chance to actually learn a little bit more about the backstory of a certain character in Tiana. We’re going to get a good chance to see more of where she came from and what some of her life goals were before Hyperion Heights. Meanwhile, you’ll meet some other characters who are tied to her.

Yet, at the same time there are some other big storylines that you’re going to have a chance to see play out here, including a huge moment for Henry and Roni — she’s going to see a photo for the first time of herself with her son in Storybrooke! What this means is going to shape the majority of the rest of the story — we knew that sooner or later we’d be getting to this point, but is anyone altogether surprised that we’ve made it to this point already? We’d consider that somewhat of a surprise.

Hopefully, we will get a chance to see some other alum from Once Upon a Time at some point in the future — after all, we do know that we’ll be getting another chance to see Rebecca Mader soon.
