NCIS: Los Angeles season 9 episode 7 will be big Daniela Ruah episode
Recently, we reported that an upcoming episode is going to put Kensi’s fiancé Deeks in the spotlight; this time around for “The Silo,” the focus is going to be on Kensi herself as she finds herself in a precarious position where she and she alone may be responsible for stopping nuclear weapons from being used. Talk about high stakes! As if that was not interesting enough, this case is also going to bring with it some Kensi backstory as we learn about someone else from her past.

“The Silo” – After an Air Force captain Kensi dated a decade ago breaches a missile launch facility, she is transported to the location to help thwart the use of nuclear weapons, on NCIS: LOS ANGELES, Sunday, Nov. 12 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
Clearly, there’s a good bit to like about this episode if one of the things that you watch NCIS: Los Angeles for is seeing super-high stakes involving some of the main characters. Kensi’s a great character for a wide array of different reasons, but her determination is near the top of the list. She’s the right person for this job just because of her history being up against great odds and her ability to not let the pressure get to her. Just think about some of her torture scenes from the past; if she can withstand some of that there’s a good chance she can withstand anything that is thrown her way. She may be tested here but we bank on her achieving victory in the end.
So what role will Deeks, Callen, or anyone else play in this episode? We want them to be involved, and it’d be fun if they all found a way to play support for Kensi from afar. One of the things that we at CarterMatt would like to see in an episode like this is her getting to have a number of the big save-the-day moments — just judging from the photo above, it does feel like she is the catalyst and is the person taking the lead.
Once she’s done saving the world, maybe then she and Deeks can get a little closer to planning their wedding?
