Who was eliminated on Dancing with the Stars Movie Week —

Tonight’s new episode had a little bit of suspense to it going into it just because one of our favorites in Frankie Muniz was “in jeopardy” last week — even though we know already that “in jeopardy” does not necessarily mean that you are actually in the bottom two, it can be an indicator of that some of the time.

This time around the show did something a little bit different in announcing some of the results over the course of the entire night. The good news there is that we saw Frankie and Witney Carson spared for any drama for the rest of the night: They were declared safe! However, there were plenty of other pairs who found themselves forced to sweat it out over the course of the whole night before we started to get a sense of if they were safe or not.

We’ve been worried here at CarterMatt for a long time when it comes to Nick Lachey and Peta Murgatroyd. Meanwhile, you could say roughly the same thing about Terrell Owens and Cheryl Burke. These two, ironically, were the bottom two and Nick was eliminated tonight. Seeing him go at this point felt right since, in terms of the scores, he was clearly the worst performer of the group remaining. This also does mean that his wife Vanessa made it further than him this season, which only surprises us because it felt like her relationship with Maksim Chmerkovskiy was in a bad spot earlier this season.

Can Terrell come back on the show next week and get some better scores? We do think it’s possible — after all, this is a guy who has overcome a whole lot of adversity in the future before!

The funny thing here in the end is that it doesn’t really seem as though all that much matters here over the next few weeks since it seems as though a final two of Lindsey Stirling and Jordan Fisher is inevitable. They are the best dancers at the moment on the show, and we would really say that it’s not even close.
