Lethal Weapon season 2 episode 5 return date: Leo Getz is back!
What we do know is this: There is not going to be a new episode of the show airing on Fox next week, and the big reason for that is the World Series. Baseball tends to wreck the Fox schedule year in and year out, so we really can’t sit here and say with a straight face that we’re surprised that it’s causing a problem here. Where things get a little crazy is that there is no guarantee that the show is coming back with “Let It Ride” on October 31, either. If the World Series goes to a Game 6, the episode will be preempted again and will most likely air on November 7. That’s a bummer to get a long break this early in the season, but we just have to accept at this point that this is something that Fox is not altogether willing to change. Why would they, given that they often tend to pull in massive ratings from airing the World Series? There is a tendency for baseball to perform better for them than almost anything else that they have, occasional episodes of scripted fare notwithstanding.
Luckily when Lethal Weapon season 2 episode 5 does come back on the air, it will have a great episode that features the return of the always-iconic Leo Getz to the show. Take a look below to get some additional news.

We at CarterMatt have already proclaimed ourselves to be huge Thomas Lennon fans — we previously interviewed him about this role. Any chance to see him back is something worth celebrating. We also know that it is far from the only appearance that he will make this season.
