Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers episode 2 video: Joe’s idol hunt

Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers episode 2

We already know that Joe Mena looks like Tony Vlachos; now, he’s going to start acting like him on Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers episode 2.

The promo below features Joe doing something that is very much similar to what Tony did on his season: Looking for an immunity idol as hard as he possibly could. Whether or not this works is probably going to be essential to if he survives, given that his confrontation attitude has already ruffled a few feathers in the game! Look at Urologist Mike, who felt put off by being interrogated himself about the idol!

We like Joe; Joe’s good TV and we’ll enjoy writing about him at CarterMatt however long he lasts. Joe is just one of those people who is either going to win or crash and burn in terrible fashion. It’s really hard to know which way the pendulum is going to swing.

At this point in the game there are no immunity idols in play, mostly because Chrissy’s super-idol expired (as gifted by Ryan) expired after one week in use in the game. She now has to figure out a new way to move forward, but forming an alliance with Ben may be it! If these two do partner up with Alan they could have a powerful threesome in the game. That could be enough to keep the two of them okay for a little while, at the very least long enough to make it to some tribe swap provided that they don’t completely tank some of the upcoming challenges. They’re still physically strong, so we do think they will probably be okay.

Are Cole and Jessica a dangerous showmance?

Yes and no. They’re not looking like they’ll be strategic powerhouses this season, even if they’re both smart and seem relatively aware that they’re taking part in Survivor. Neither one of them is Boston Rob. Yet, they are two numbers who will never vote against each other if this showmance lasts as the preview suggests it could; you want to use them for however long you think you can trust them and them cast them aside when their numbers get a little too dangerous. Final six or seven seems like the ideal time to split them up if they’re on your side and contributing until then.

The person who actually seems a little more dangerous to someone’s game out there is Patrick, who feels like a complete loose cannon and seems far too excited to engage with the local wildlife. As of right now, we’re voting him as the person this season most likely to become a character from Lord of the Flies.
