Big Brother 19 live feed spoilers: Veto Ceremony leads to Matt, Raven vs. Jason (day 69)
Remember how Matt effectively slept through the first 68 days of the house? Well, today he finally woke up and the results were glorious. Matt completely lost it on Jason after he kept the nominations the same, accusing him of being a “b—h” and a wide array of other things in the aftermath of his move. He claimed that he wasn’t that upset about Jason’s move, but he was more upset about how Jason seemingly promising him and Raven that she would be taken off the block.
Also, Matt was upset about Jason “hiding in the storage room” in the aftermath of the Veto Ceremony. (We don’t think he was in there for as long as Matt claimed, but he was still proclaiming that Jason was a coward.) This was all a whole lot of nonsense, since we legitimately think that Matt and Raven would have yelled at him regardless. They’ll get over this within a day or two and come Thursday, they’ll be all nice-nice in their speeches. We don’t think they’ll be nasty during the live eviction show, but it’ll be so much more fun if they are.
To us, the most entertaining part of all of this is watching Matt and Raven go into a tailspin, realizing somewhere in their brain that they completely wasted most of the season hanging out with each other and not preserving their own fate in the game. They had no chance of winning unless they made it to the end with each other, and there was never a chance of that happening. We’ll be thrilled to see one of them leave the game, mostly because until the last half-hour that they have been useless on the season. They’ve done little other than make out with each other and do whatever Paul wants. We don’t think that they’re going to turn anyone on Jason, either, on Matt’s way out the door. Everyone was already against Matt and Raven on some level — even if some people wanted Kevin out this week over one of them, they still weren’t in anyone’s endgame plans together. This move was going to happen eventually.
For the record, we’re assuming right now that the plan to evict Matt from the game is not going to falter. As irritating as Raven can be, there’s little reason to change up the plan when she’s not going to win much of anything, whether it be competitions or a jury vote.
