Big Brother Canada 5: Triple eviction results (live; spoilers ahead!)
What we’re going to be doing over the course of tonight is offer up a few more updates on the big show, including the evictions, the competition winners, and anything and everything in between.
Before we dive in further, one more thing — Sindy in jury is a mess. She was better this season in the game, but not so much in the jury house.
First eviction – Going into tonight’s episode, it felt like Jackie would be evicted over Ika. Yet, there was plenty of time that the feeds were off tonight, and with that, there were some chances for things to change (at least in theory; we don’t tend to reference spoilers much in these articles for those who enjoy the live-viewing experience).
Jackie was eventually evicted 4-1, with the only person voting to send home Ika being Dre. Jackie threw some halfhearted shade Ika’s way, and then walked out the door.
Triple Eviction Head of Household – It’s … Demetres! Yet again, the comp beast continues to live up to his name, and what’s scary is that he’s good at just about EVERY comp that he is a part of.
Veto – Kevin Martin doesn’t get to be evicted this time! What a CLUTCH performance from a guy who probably was worried sick about having to go through this again. Dillon was the replacement nominee for the night.
Eviction – Ultimately, it was longtime rivals Kevin and Karen who came together tonight, realizing that they needed to collaborate to do the job. They made the decision to save Dillon, which meant that the French Connection in Dre and Kevin will be leaving. These two are the ones we’ll be talking to tomorrow in an exit interview. (We will also have a separate one with Jackie from before the Triple.)
