ABC’s Scandal season 6 episode 6 promo: Frankie’s assassination takes center stage

Scandal season 6 episode 6 could be an episode stuffed full of revelations when it comes to the story of Frankie Vargas. We’ve waited for a long time to get a fuller scope of details, and this could be the opportunity to get that. We hesitate to think that there will be answers, mostly because this is Scandal! More often than not with this show, “answers” are a rather abstract concept, and not something that we tend to get a whole lot of with this show. When you think you’ve got an answer, everything blows up and we see a snowball effect happen with something new.

Here’s what we can say about the story that is coming up — not only will you learn more of the truth about Frankie’s assassination in flashbacks, but you may get a chance to see the most important Rowan story of the season in the present. Let’s hope that this is something that one way or another, finds a way to severely threaten him. This is not something that we get a chance to see very often. We know that he’s the sort of guy who sends a chill down the spine of almost every person he meets, but what — and who — makes him afraid? Maybe we’re hyping up this story a little too much, but it’s one that could end up being important for his character.

Over the course of this episode, one of the big things that you are going to end up learning is who killed Frankie — THIS actually proves the very thing that we were skeptical of when writing the earlier part of this episode. (Even with that, though, we do still think it’s possible that there is some drama coming up that we cannot predict in advance.)
