‘The Voice’ season 12: Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Alicia Keys talk Valentine’s Day
With today being Valentine’s Day, the new season of “The Voice” is doing its best to give you a holiday treat in the form of the video below!
In this featurette, you can see all of the coaches speak about their favorite moments related to the holiday, and why they like it so much. In typical fashion, there is a mixture of serious moments in here and the typical goofing-around that you tend to see from people like Blake Shelton. When asked to share one of his favorite memories, he goes on a tangent about when he had his appendix taken out as a kid and there were people all around him giving him gifts … including some of the “feel sorry for me” variety. Hey, whatever floats his boat, right? (Adam Levine, meanwhile, says that his favorite Valentine’s Day moment is him sitting there, filming this video.)
Probably the best part of the entire video is when Blake decides to “gift” Adam with some chocolates, but not before taking a bite out of one of them AND PUTTING IT BACK IN THE BOX. Hopefully, this is not something that Gwen Stefani is dealing with on the actual holiday. There is a sweet moment in here as Blake speaks briefly about Gwen, and Alicia Keys also tells a story about a super-romantic gesture that her husband made involving roses. One of the real strengths of this show tends to be the chemistry between all of the judges, and if this video is an indicator of some of what we’re going to see over the course of the spring, we’re going to be really thrilled. Everyone involved seems to get along, and be super-happy to be a part of the show this time around.
The new season of “The Voice” will begin on Monday, February 27, and just as you would expect, we’re going to be around to share all sorts of updates on what you’re going to be seeing. Stay tuned!
For now, we suggest that you share your thoughts on this video below, and head over here in the event you’re curious in getting some further news right now when it comes to “The Voice.” (Photo: NBC.)
