Puppy Bowl XIII, Kitten Bowl IV start times, networks, and the great live-stream conundrum

For those of you on this fine Super Bowl Sunday who are looking to get into something that is a little bit different than the game itself, we come bearing some great news: Information about the Puppy and Kitten Bowl! These two events are becoming more and more of a Big Game tradition, and we understand why — they’re funny, silly, and they produce a lot of cuteness. They’re about football while also being the complete opposite of football.

If nothing else, at least consider them programming that you can throw on the air as opposed to watching the game itself.

What we’ve got for you below is some of the much-needed information in order to prepare for today’s festivities, including where you can watch some sort-of-live-streams of some puppies and kittens in action.

Puppy Bowl XIII – The most famous of the cute-animal bowls will begin on Animal Planet at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. The stream you have below is the “locker room cam,” which isn’t actually for the game since that was already taped. For the record, there are no actual, legal live streams of the game itself that are being handed out for free. If someone claims to have one, they may not be being altogether truthful and just want your click traffic.

Kitten Bowl IV – How about we talk kittens now? This particular celebration is going to be beginning starting at 12:00 p.m. Eastern, and will feature (of course) a variety of kittens over on the Hallmark Channel. Sure, the entire idea was copy-and-pasted seemingly from what Animal Planet was already doing, but it feels reasonably hard to be upset over an event that works to encourage animal adoption, while also giving you a chance to watch some cute kittens play around in an environment that’s probably a little more pleasant than the one that they are used to being a aprt of.

Just as we did with the Puppy Bowl, we’ve also got a full behind-the-scenes stream for this as well. The same rules apply when it comes to the live stream overall.
