‘NCIS’ season 14, episode 11: Bishop, Qasim work together in ‘Willoughby’

NCIS -

The final episode of “NCIS” of the year aired on CBS a little earlier in the week, but luckily, the folks over at the network were kind enough to share some of the first details regarding what’s going to be coming up ahead! Think of this as a pre-holiday gift for fans!

Below, we’ve got (courtesy of CBS) some of your first details from “Willoughby,” which is going to be the upcoming January 3 installment, and one that is going to feature an array of different-but-compelling things, whether it be an attempt to go after a stock-market manipulator or a chance to see the return of Bishop’s boyfriend Qasim after he was revealed to be dating her a bit earlier in the season.

Synopsis – “NCIS searches for new leads after an undercover operation to apprehend a businessman who uses acts of terror to manipulate the stock market is compromised. Also, Bishop and Qasim (Rafi Silver) find a break in the case together.”

The assumption was easy to make that we would be seeing more of Qasim in the wake of what happened at the end of his last appearance, given that he’s now much more involved in the lives of one of our characters. Also, his presence will further flesh out the more personal component to the team. This is a show that has long worked to forge some sort of delicate balance between alternating between the plot elements and the larger character stuff, and we feel like this season in particular there is more of a need for the latter. Remember here that there are still so many characters we don’t quite know that well, so further opportunities to learn about Alex Quinn, Nick Torres, and Clayton Reeves are certainly welcome.

While you wait for January 3 to roll around, or for some additional video content for “Willoughby” to be released, we suggest that you head over here and check out recent reviews and and other news pertaining to”NCIS”.
