‘Once Upon a Time’ season 6, episode 3 reaction: Jennifer Morrison on Hook, Emma’s future

Once -On Sunday night’s “Once Upon a Time,” what we saw was something that was a long time coming for many Hook / Emma ‘shippers: They’re moving in together! This is a chance for them to actually explore more of a future like any real couple would, even though there are many real issues still plaguing them at the same exact time. For one, Emma still has not told the complete truth regarding the prophecy made against her, and Hook also has most likely a few more skeletons in their closet. They may work as a couple, but they are not perfect people and have flaws aplenty that still need to be worked out.

Curious in seeing how these two will move forward? We’re right there with you, and we’re happy to at least have some insight via New York Comic-Con on the subject. Speaking following a screening for this episode, here is what Jennifer Morrison had to say (per TV Guide):

“They’re exploring the intricacies of it and the nuances of it, now eventually them living in the same house, and what does that mean? The daily ins and outs of those things, and how does Henry fit into that? And Emma has a secret, and what does Hook do about it when he finds out? And if Hook has a secret, then what does he do?”

Obviously, what she’s saying here is that it is not going to be all happy-times and hand-holding for the couple moving forward. There will be some drama, but hopefully they will be able to find ways to work through it — though we do not imagine Hook will be altogether pleased to learn about what she has been keeping from him in regards to the vision.
