‘Blindspot’ season 2, episode 3 preview: The test for Jaimie Alexander’s Jane
The second season of “Blindspot” is starting to get fully in gear. We’ve had the luxury of seeing two episodes so far in the season, and the great thing that comes along with that is that we’ve started to learn a few more things about the Sandstorm organization, their motives, and also the struggle for Jane as she finds herself torn between a supposed past and her present.
Moving into next week’s episode entitled “Hero Fears Imminent Rot,” we’re going to see a wide array of important events — but above all, the most integral part of this story could be a choice that Jaimie Alexander’s character makes that shapes her entire future. For more scoop, you just have to take a look at the attached synopsis below:
“Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) and the team must race the clock to stop a series of escalating New York City bombings, while Jane (Jaimie Alexander) is forced to go on an assassination mission to prove her loyalty…or suffer the consequences.”
Of course, there is a major part of us hoping that we’re going to see Jane back either the right decision, or at least one that keeps her close to many of our already-established characters. To us, that’s the most interesting — and most productive — thing that she can do to keep the relationships with the likes of Weller and company going for a long time. We also wonder just how long these people within the FBI will be willing to deal with her if she continues to give them reason after reason to question her loyalty.
