‘Girl Meets World’ season 3 spoilers: Riley tries to make new friends

While we may be in the midst of a hiatus right now when it comes to new episodes of “Girl Meets World,” we do still applaud the Disney Channel for one thing: Doing their best to try and give us some scoop to tide us over.

The show is returning on September 16 with new episodes, but for the sake of this article, we’re actually going to jump beyond that to September 23. That is when the episode “Girl Meets She Don’t Like Me” is going to air, and judging from the new synopsis below, this could be a hard lesson for Riley Matthews as she starts to realize more and more that there are just some people who don’t have a great interest in being nice to their fellow students:

“Riley is ready to make new friends in high school, but everyone is not as friendly as she expects. The students learn a new lesson in health class.”

Who knows? Maybe over the course of this episode, we’re going to see Riley manage to turn things around when it comes to this potential friendship. If she’s not able to, at the same time we certainly think that this is okay. That’s a part of life where not everyone is going to be friendly, and there are often various reasons for it. Maybe they’ve been burned before, or there is something about Riley that reminds them of someone who did something bad to them. You don’t always get a reason why in these sort of situations.
