‘Big Brother 18’ live feed spoilers: More Paulie frustrations

We’re starting to get a sense as to what the general mood is going to be in the “Big Brother” house over the next few days, and it’s rather simple: Hate on Paulie.

Do we feel sorry for him? Not in the least, given the way he’s treated people sometimes. Also, both him and his brother Cody have utilized the same strategy that is being done now: Demonizing the person who is going out the door. It unifies people against them, and makes sure nobody has a temptation to flip over. In this game, group-think can sometimes be exceptionally powerful.

Most of the afternoon has consisted of Paulie-bashing ever since Victor shoved the idea of Corey being taken off of the block in his face earlier. These two guys are staying up there, and the vote will likely be unanimous. Natalie did have a brief spat with James over his philosophy of handling Corey (who is really showing just how much he cares for Nicole, or lack thereof), but eventually the two got over it. Nothing really to see here. Natalie is also upset about Paulie trying to have her put up as a replacement nominee, and him in general trying to push her and James apart.

The final Paulie frustration of the afternoon comes with his repeated claims that he will leave jury if he is voted out, which could mean that he forfeits a stipend and some press opportunities after the show. Do we think it will actually happen? Probably not, but even Corey is getting irritated with him since it’s unfair to the game. (Also, Paulie may be one of the only people who could vote Corey at the end, other than Nicole who thinks that he is the second coming of Adonis.)
