‘Bachelor in Paradise 3’: Chad Johnson denies one aspect of infamous night

It is rather odd that this week, there were two huge storylines on “UnREAL” and then “Bachelor in Paradise” that had to do with poop. Clearly, the Lifetime series has evolved into being clairvoyant as to what is going to happen on the other show.

On Tuesday night’s season premiere for the ABC drama, we had the latest Chad meltdown, something that was punctuated by him getting ridiculously drunk, fighting with Evan Bass, Lace Morris, and even at one point his own friend Daniel Maguire. He was incredibly awful to Sarah Herron, and eventually Chris Harrison escorted him out in what was one of the most infamous sequences we’ve ever seen on the show.

Well, now Chad is denying at least one of the smellier parts of the night. In a post on Twitter, he claimed that he did not actually poop himself (yes, we can’t believe we’re actually writing about this), and instead owns two pairs of the same shorts. When he was smelling them, he apparently was doing the smell-test in order to figure out if they were the ones he had worn previously. A likely story! In all seriousness, he may be telling the truth here, given that we know the entire “Bachelor” franchise has been known to misrepresent many a thing. (Still, they didn’t misrepresent him being a pretty horrible person.)

Also, Chad then went after Harrison with a tweet below claiming to have “dirt” on him, which seems like an awfully silly way to ensure you don’t get put on any other future seasons of the franchise.
