‘The Bachelorette’ finale video: Jordan Rodgers shops for JoJo Fletcher engagement ring

Monday night’s finale of “The Bachelorette” is just over 24 hours away, and there is one part of this that every fan should be familiar with: Neil Lane turning up to talk engagement rings. Neil’s almost like the magical Diamond Fairy of the show who appears out of nowhere in the final episode, really regardless of where the last episode is filmed. We almost wish the guy would do a Reddit AMA because we have a million questions for him: How often are the people genuine? How do you pick the diamonds to bring? How often do people approach you on the street asking for free jewelry? Anyway, we digress…

The main purpose of the sneak peek below is to see Jordan Rodgers trying to pick the right ring for JoJo Fletcher, which is so important to him because it means “forever” … at least hopefully. We do get that it’s a tough choice, and it is probably made even harder when you consider that there is no guarantee that Jordan is going to even get to propose. There’s a weird tension that comes with these episodes in particular as a result of that.

Are we rooting for this to work out for Jordan? Well, at least in the sense that we root for all of these relationships to work, even if we don’t always like the leads or some of the people involved. So long as they’re good to each other, it feels weird to root for people to fail.

At present, we definitely do think Jordan is the favorite to get JoJo to say yes. After all, he is the one who has received the majority of the press, and he’s had the more present edit most of the season.
