‘The Musketeers’ season 3, episode 10 (finale) spoilers: Is there hope beyond death?
This weekend, “The Musketeers” is gearing up for its grand finale with an episode that will possibly send a few shockwaves across the board and cause some chaos. There is typically a storm of action before we get to a conclusion of just about any show, and we definitely expect that to also be the case here.
So if you’re looking for some further specifics about the final episode, which is airing on BBC One next week, maybe the few teasers that we have below will suffice to a certain extent:
1. You are going to have a chance to see quite possibly the biggest war play out to date between Grimaud and the Musketeers, and he will do just about everything that he can in order to ensure that they are defeated. Specifically, he could go after people they love.
2. In the midst of dealing with grief, you will see the resolve of Athos and many of the other characters tested like never before. Also, it could take them to some rather unusual places in France.
3. In many ways, the city has functioned as a character in its own right on the show, and it’s clear that it is in danger now. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the Musketeers to figure out a way, if at all possible, to lend it a helping hand.
We expect some sadness, but at the same time, we do think that it is the spirit of this show to have an ending with at least a trifle of hope. We’ll see if that happens.
