‘The Fosters’ season 4, episode 4 video: The latest update on Brandon, Cortney

On Monday night’s new episode of “The Fosters,” letting loose is going to be a subject of conversation … though we’re not sure anyone will really be able to.

The sneak peek below can be viewed in some ways as an original story for that particular plotline. It begins with Cortney, as Brandon is ready to do his part to ensure that his girlfriend gets a little bit of a break from all of the stresses in her life. Does it feel like he’s left being a babysitter to Mason often? Sure, but remember that the show lets you see whatever they want you to see to further reinforce the story. It’s not like Cortney is leaving him with Mason all the time; the times that they don’t show you are probably when there are fewer interesting things going on here.

What is particular important about this sneak peek is more of the suggestion made that they should have some sort of party down the road, which we can easily see getting out of hand given that these people are so young, and the same goes for many of their friends. while Brandon and Cortney may be more mature than most, we have a hard time imagining that other people in the 17-24 range are going to quite know how to keep things on the level and from going crazy.
