NBC’s ‘The Voice’ season 11: When are Battle Rounds with Miley Cyrus, Alicia Keys being filmed?
For those of you out there wondering about production on “The Voice” season 11, things are already starting to move along with Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys on the panel!
Thanks to a tickets listing on 1iota uncovered by Mjsbigblog, the Battle Rounds for this upcoming season are going to be filmed on Thursday, August 11 and then the following day on the 12th. Meanwhile, the next phase of the competitions in the Knockouts will be filmed just under two weeks later on August 23 and then the 24th. They’re able to cram a lot into these days just because the items being filmed here are mostly just the ones in the studio with the live audiences. All of the little adviser segments have been filmed at another point. As for when that is, it probably hasn’t happened yet. We are waiting to learn who the adviser pairings will be.
With the additions of Miley and Alicia, there are two reasons to be interested in “The Voice” this year that weren’t there previously. It’s the first time two women have been on the American panel, and this is also a chance to see two extremely opinionated people with very different paths to stardom. Few people are as musically gifted as Keys on the planet, and Miley excels when it comes to working the public, having stage presence, and creating an image. They bring very different approaches to the table while sharing a love of music.
If you missed it, this season will start a little earlier than usual this year! Head over here to learn more about a special “Voice” broadcast that will be coming up alongside the Olympics.
