MTV’s ‘Scream’ season 2, episode 5 preview: How Brooke and others deal with death

On Monday night’s new episode of “Scream,” we definitely had a chance to see a very-bloody installment with a few surprises placed in there from start to finish. Take, for example, what we ended up seeing happen to poor Jake. This was as bloody and dramatic as a conclusion as you’re probably going to see on the show. Sure, it was entertaining in a crazy sort of way, but we really don’t imagine that Brooke is sharing that sentiment right now.

So where do we go from here? Well, the promo below promises that with the school in lockdown, we could end up seeing some of these characters start to grow increasingly antsy, especially when they are facing the possibility that the killer may be locked in there with them. It’s pretty horrifying, and yet at the same time it’s really all in a day’s work for this show when you look back at everything that was going on in the first season.

The synopsis below does a fairly good job at giving you a little bit more news in regards to what is going to be coming up the rest of the way:

“The death of a loved one hits everyone hard and GW High goes into lockdown; suspicions rise among the Lakewood Five.”

Who knows what will happen next? The only thing that we’re personally hoping for is an endless stream of great entertainment and reveals that justify us staying up late to check the show out.
