‘Teen Wolf’ season 6: You will see Dylan O’Brien in early going
One of the larger mysteries out there right now within the world of TV is the status of one Dylan O’Brien on the upcoming sixth season of “Teen Wolf,” or really you could even say the status of season 6 in general. Typically the show airs on MTV in the summer, but for a variety of reasons, this isn’t happening right now. The main priority is the recovery of O’Brien from some injuries he suffered while on the set of the latest “Maze Runner” movie. He’s been working on an improving his condition privately, and we understand that and hope that he does make a full recovery in time.
For now, what we can give you is a little bit more information regarding whether or not he will appear for-sure in the early portion of the season, whenever it does air. In response to a fan on Twitter recently, Melissa Ponzio (Melissa McCall) made it very clear that the cast and crew were working on the show before the accident in some capacity. We don’t know the nature of the filming schedule here, so we’re not going to speculate too much on that.
Personally, we know that we’re willing to wait for new episodes to air if it means more Stiles, and it gives the writers time to come up with the best stories possible. We certainly imagine that one of the biggest challenges for this particular room is having to come up with ideas on a pretty rapid-fire basis, given that you are doing separate arcs and having to cultivate story without a lot of breathing room. In that sense, the extra time could be useful.
