‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 7 spoilers: Lucy Hale hints at Aria – Ezra choice

The seventh season of “Pretty Little Liars” is going to be premiering on Freeform on Tuesday, June 21, and when the show is back on the air, it feels like there is one thing that you can definitely expect to see: Aria eventually making some sort of choice between Ezra and Liam. While she has shown she cares for the latter, Ezra has always been more or less her long-term guy … and of course as a result of that there’s a pretty clear sentiment in our head that he is the direction she could lean.

In previewing where we are going to see this character in a new chat with TV Guide, Lucy Hale passed along the following message:

“When we come back Aria is still with Liam, who is a long-time boyfriend, [but] Aria can’t get Ezra off her brain … You get to see a little bit of a love triangle and you get to see who she chooses.”

At the moment, what we’re feeling more so than anything else is that Aria should just make the choice early and then stick with it. Given that season 7 could be the last one for the show, you do have to start to make decisions with the endgame in mind and you certainly do not want to create a situation where you are leaving fans hanging for an extreme amount of time. It’s much better to commit to a relationship with Ezra (isn’t that what most of us really want?) and give yourself a little bit of time to explore it properly.
