‘Once Upon a Time’ season 5, episode 19 spoilers: ‘Sisters’ synopsis hints at big Regina – Zelena reveal

Given that Cora on “Once Upon a Time” is known for carrying some rather-heft secrets, is it really that hard to imagine that she has been keeping a major bombshell from Regina and Zelena? For us, it is pretty darn easy to assume just that. This is something that is hinted about in the synopsis below for Sunday night’s episode “Sisters,” which we assume is called that for a reason:

“Now that Hades and Zelena are reunited, Hades tells Zelena that he wants a future with her outside of the Underworld. All she needs to do is heal his heart with True Love’s Kiss so they can leave the Underworld and trap the heroes there for eternity. When Regina overhears of this plan, she enlists Cora’s help to find a way to separate Zelena from Hades. However, Cora reveals a family secret that could change Regina and Zelena’s lives forever. Meanwhile, David finally meets James, only to realize that his twin is determined to seek revenge on him for stealing the life he could have had.”

Could Regina and Zelena have another secret sister? We guess so, but we have a hard time thinking that is it given that there aren’t really any other major candidates out there. Instead, we feel like it’ll be a different sort of reveal that could impact their future maybe down in the Underworld, or out of it if they can ever figure out how to emerge from this place in one piece.

Given everything that we’re hearing regarding David and James, it’s pretty clear that one way or another, siblings are going to be a major theme for the hour.
