‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 3, episode 14 video: Simmons wrestles with guilt

On Tuesday night’s new episode of “Agents of SHIELD,” you’re going to see a variety of different things … but one of the biggest ones is simply going to be a chance to see how some of the characters are reeling from everything that has transpired so far.

For the past few weeks, we’ve focused on a variety of more isolated storylines, whether it be Bobbi and Hunter’s departure from the show or seeing some of the beginnings to the Secret Warriors. Thanks to all of that, we really have not gotten to see too much of the original SHIELD as of late. This is changing in a pretty big way Tuesday.

What we like about this sneak peek below is that we’re going to see Simmons specifically address the aftermath of everything that happened to her when it comes to Will’s death, Fitz’s attempts to save her, and really everything in between. It’s been a complicated story so far and then some, and it only makes sense that this would all impact Jemma psychologically. This is why she wants to do more to try and protect herself, and why May feels the need to give her as much advice as she can.

Ultimately, we imagine that this is really just the beginning of this story. We’re going to have more coverage of this later this week, and we’ll have a chance to see during the episode itself how she handles these circumstances.
