‘Survivor: Kaoh Rong’ preview: One more tribe-swap tease
“Survivor: Kaoh Rong” seems intent on making us wait until Wednesday night to learn in full just what the tribe swap is going to be, but based on the sneak peek below, we are at least starting to get a little bit more information about which beach is likely going away: The Brawn.
In the sneak peek below, Jeff Probst specifically mentions that we are “getting our last look” at the Brawn tribe. Sure, a literal interpretation of this would suggest that this is going to be the last chance that we have to see Jason, Scot, and Cydney together, but we also feel like this will be the last time that we see that particular orange buff or go to that particular beach. There’s obviously something about being in the camp that’s not working, so it’s our feeling that we’ll just have the Brain and Beauty beaches from now on.
As for how the tribes will be shaken up, we imagine that this is not a situation where the two other tribes just inherit the members of the Brawn. After all, Jeff Probst tells everyone to drop their buffs, so everyone’s going to get a second chance to improve their stock presumably. Maybe it’s by random draw or some sort of schoolyard pick ’em, but we’ll get to see a complete shakeup of the structure. This will probably be beneficial to people like Peter and Nick who were in trouble to a certain degree, but it could be harmful to people like Debbie or Anna, who were sitting pretty in the current arrangement.
