‘Rizzoli & Isles’ season 6 finale spoilers: Jane’s stalker returns for a showdown

The season finale of “Rizzoli & Isles” is going to be airing on TNT in just one week’s time, and it really did not seem fair to make you wait until after tonight’s episode to give you some of the first details on the finale! The title here is “A shot in the Dark,” and it only makes some sense that the show would choose to pick up right where the second part of the season started, and as a result of that focus more on Jane’s attacker and whether or not this person can be caught.

The synopsis below teases just how much this character is going to be a part of the story:

“When a State Trooper is killed in Maine, the getaway car is traced back to the mastermind of the attacks on Jane. The team must now unravel the mystery of the mastermind’s obsession with Jane in order to keep her safe and turn the hunter into the hunted. Meanwhile, Korsak prepares to tie the knot with Kiki.”

Do we think that there will be a little bit of resolution here? Probably, but don’t expect the case as a whole to end. We’ve already heard that the stalker case will in some way continue into season 7, though it is not expected that this will be the main story we are talking about by the time we make it to the finale. We’ll have some other news about this in due time, so be sure to be on the lookout for that!
