‘Gotham’ season 2 spoilers: How Hugo Strange will change the game
The second season of “Gotham” is not back on the air on Fox just yet, but here is the good news: the winter premiere is just one week away! Ultimately, we feel like you’ve waited long enough to get some scoop on the road ahead, and we’re therefore more than fine to share some of the first details right now.
Let’s start things off here with Hugo Strange. You may have already known a thing or two regarding him leading the Indian Hill facility where many strange experiments are going on, but TV Guide reports now that this is also a man responsible for leading some sort of a charge when it comes to Arkham Asylum as the new head of security. Oswald Cobblepot is going to have some interaction with this character (played by “Law & Order: SVU” veteran B.D. Wong), and you better be prepared for a wide array of surprises to come as a result of these meetings. Let’s just say that Oswald may have now found someone to be genuinely terrified of.
As for those experiments that Strange has been conducting, we are infinitely curious to see the results. Is he somehow going to be bringing back the likes of Theo Galavan or Firefly? It remains to be seen, but there’s clearly something on there that is mysterious and then some.
Of course, we don’t mean to make you forget about another key component of the upcoming episodes: Mr. Freeze. While he may not be seemingly tied to Strange, you better believe that Victor Fries will have a part to play before we get to the end of the road.
