‘Dancing with the Stars 22’ cast to be revealed live on ‘Good Morning America,’ but when?

Some of the first rumors regarding potential contestants for the upcoming season of “Dancing with the Stars” are starting to come out, and with that in mind, it only seems appropriate that now would be the time some of us started to ask some questions. Specifically, we’re talking here in terms of when this cast reveal could be happening!

Luckily, we’re rather thrilled to have the answer for you today. The cast reveal will be happening on the Tuesday, March 8 edition of “Good Morning America” live, which means that if you want to follow the reveal as it happens, it means that on the west coast you’ll have to start looking around on the internet starting at around 4:00 in the morning. (We feel your pain.) Using the morning show to announce the cast is a smart way to build up some ratings for the show, and it gives the cast ample time to be introduced and promoted.

Now that we’ve said all of that, there is another question that fittingly needs to be answered: Will we learn the entire cast at that time? It certainly would not surprise us that there was a spot being saved for current Bachelor Ben Higgins, provided that they want him and the feeling is mutual. Two of the last three leading men on the show have been offered an invitation, and even Juan Pablo Galavis was rumored to be a part of the show for some time.

As a whole, we anticipate that the cast will be made up of the same sort of people we’ve come to see on the show over time, which probably includes some reality stars, an athlete or two, some sort of sitcom icon, and maybe a few people who are interesting but off the beaten path.
