‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ preview: Kathryn Edwards confronts Faye Resnick
Only on a show like “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” can there be an entire storyline that happens based on events that happened decades ago. Who would’ve guessed that we would have had the resurgence of the OJ Simpson trial as a hot topic here, or at least a book that Faye Resnick wrote about it?
In the sneak peek below, you can see our latest Housewife in Kathryn Edwards express her displeasure about being included in said book (which she claims to have never read), being that she has never actually met Resnick in real life. This leads to the two of them having some sort of confrontation about it. While this will probably be very entertaining and then some to us, it’s also at the same time perplexing that the two have never met despite Beverly Hills being a fairly tight-knit place, and that Edwards never wanted to read everything in the book. To us, it feels like that is something you should probably do before the confrontation. We’re not saying that Resnick is right at all here (we haven’t read it, either), but the whole conflict seems strange.
Then again, we have to think that producers had some hand in this. They knew in casting Edwards there was a possibility of this happening, given that Resnick has appeared on the show in the past and is a sort of recurring character.
Unfortunately, we have to wait until Tuesday night’s episode airs before we get to see all of the aftermath of this.
