‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 6 video: Shay Mitchell, Ashley Benson, cast preview winter premiere

The winter premiere of “Pretty Little Liars” is going to air on Freeform Tuesday night, so what better time for the cast to do a group interview on “Good Morning America”? This is clearly a thought that somebody out there had.

With this in mind, the video below features Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale, Shay Mitchell, and Sasha Pieterse all sitting down to discuss the big reveal of Charlotte as “A,” the jump forward five years in time, and some of the surprises that you can see in the upcoming winter premiere. We’re not going to say that there is a whole lot of new ground broken in here for those of you who have seen other interviews over the past several months, but it’s nice to see the show getting this sort of publicity!

There are still ten episodes to go this season, and following that we will have at least twenty episodes in the seventh season that will wrap up the current mystery. The show has been extremely cagey about the future beyond that; many have suggested that season 7 is definitely the end, but the possibility has been left open for more … but it’d have to be a different story with a beginning, middle, and end. We’re not going to worry about that too much, mostly because there’s not much of a point. Instead, the better idea is just to enjoy the ride that we’re about to be on, and hope that it matches what we saw in the first part of season 6 in terms of pure surprises, twists, and turns.
