‘Celebrity Big Brother’ spoilers: See Jonathan Cheban, Tiffany Pollard, Christopher Maloney, full cast

Today Channel 5 is launching its latest season of “Celebrity Big Brother,” which is in other words an assembly of random personalities that even some Brits have never heard of. Therefore, it’s even harder for us here in America to identify some of these people.

We’ve got the full list of cast members for this season below, but we’ll start here by admitting that we really only know a few of them (and many of them are in the title for this story).

Jonathan Cheban – Known for being a longtime friend of Kim Kardashian and for appearing on “The Spin Crowd,” a short-lived series that was a part of E!’s Kardashian block.

Tiffany Pollard – At one time she was known as “New York,” and was one of the most famous people in the VH1 reality circle. Times have changed.

Christopher Maloney – Former “X Factor” finalist known for making it so much further than anyone expected on Gary Barlow’s team.

Scotty T – “Geordie Shore” cast member, which is the ultimately breeding ground for this show.

Megan McKenna – Known for “Ex on a Beach,” a show we’ve never heard of.

John Partridge – Actor, known for a role on “EastEnders.” Somehow, former soap stars get sucked into these British reality shows like nobody’s business.

Kristina Rihanoff – Pro dancer of “Strictly Come Dancing” fame.

Jeremy McConnell – Former Mr. Ireland, dude covered in a billion tattoos.

Winston McKenzie – Some sort of politician famous many years ago.

Stephanie Davis – Former “Hollyoaks” actress. See what we said earlier about soap stars.

Nancy Dell’Olio – She was apparently at one point on “Strictly” and was married to a reasonably-famous person. That’s it.

David Gest – Producer / TV guy. He grew up as a friend of the Jackson family and was at one point married to Liza Minnelli.

Daniella Westbrook – Another “EastEnders” alum, who has appeared on virtually every British reality show ever made at this point.

Darren Day – West End performer. We have no idea why he’s here.

Angie Bowie – She was married to David Bowie, so we suppose being married to someone more than three decades ago makes you a celebrity.

Gemma Collins – Star of “The Only Way is Essex,” up there with “Geordie Shore” as a show over-exploited for cast members.
