FX releases ‘Fargo’ season 2 ‘In Memoriam’ video

Are you still having a hard time getting over everything that happened on “Fargo” season 2? We certainly understand that, and so do the people over at FX. This is why we imagine they decided to release a rather sad / humorous “In Memoriam” video that looks back at everyone who died over the course of the season.

There’s no enormous surprise that comes out of this, mostly because it’s hard for there to really be one when these are people we’ve all see die on the show already. Yet, the sheer quantity of people who have gone over the course of ten episodes is pretty staggering. It’s a reminder of a certain family massacre, a few moments of pure insanity, and then a death at the very end of the season that was right up there with what happened to Lester Nygard.

The great news for “Fargo” fans is that this is far from the end of the road for the series. It has already been renewed for a third season, and while you may have to wait until 2017 to get it, we feel like the series has certainly established enough goodwill at this point among fans to be able to make it that far. It probably will not be another six to eight months before some of the first casting information is unveiled, but we’ll have some more information as soon as we have it. Given that this is a winter show, there is a need to wait until there is actually snow on the ground and scripts are completed.
