‘Scream Queens’ season 9 preview: Nick Jonas returns, but what does it mean?
We are now very much deep into the first season of “Scream Queens,” and for the most part, what we are seeing right now is a story where almost anything can happen at any given moment … and if often does. Who expected to see Nick Jonas’ character of Boone to be back? Also, who expected Hester to proclaim that she is pregnant?
It is pretty clear at this point that there are many surprises that the show in store the rest of the way this season, but for the sake of next week’s installment, be prepared for a tale that is about a ghost story, conflict, and Chanel not holding anything back. Take a look at the synopsis below:
“Denise does little to calm the Kappas’ fears when she spins a terrifying ghost story. Meanwhile, Hester’s shocking announcement pushes Chanel to the edge, and a familiar face returns to campus as the Red Devil claims another victim.”
One thing that we did learn about this show scheduling-wise today is that given it is not on the schedule for Tuesdays in January, Fox is clearly going to wrap things up here at some point before the end of the year. There are still many stories left, so with that we would not be surprised if there was a two-hour finale. This could be a reflection in some ways on the show’s disappointing ratings, which are especially disappointing when you consider how much crazy fun we find this show to be.
