‘Homeland’ season 5, episode 4 preview: Could Quinn really kill Carrie?
The past week has been an eventful one for “Homeland” on Showtime, and we mean that in a variety of ways. You had the graffiti story, and then to go along with that we had a really strong episode of the show Sunday night that sets things up in an interesting way … especially when it comes to Quinn and Carrie.
The promo below basically shows Claire Danes’ character being potentially tormented by Quinn, and you have to wonder whether this is him hitting rock bottom completely. We know that he has went through some pretty terrible stuff as a result of everything that happened to him over the past few years, but is Carrie really on some sort of kill list? Would he actually take down someone who he has claimed to care for, perhaps even romantically, at some point? There are questions that we would love further answers to, even if may take a while.
The thing that we have come to learn about “Homeland” over the years is that if you think you start to have a clue as to where the story is heading, you probably have no real clue at all. Therefore, we’re not going to make any quick assumptions or conclusions about the fifth season based on where we are now; things are likely to get much more shocking by the time we reach the end.
Ultimately, “Homeland” fans have a lot to look forward to here … even if you are nervous.
