‘The Originals’ season 3 spoilers: Hayley and Elijah attend a party!

“The Originals” season 3 loves to give you twisty stories, by like its sister show in “The Vampire Diaries,” it also likes to dress up every now and then for something fancy. That is something that we’re going to get a chance to see moving forward, specifically with the upcoming fourth episode entitled “The Strix” (which airs on October 29).

If you want to check out some of the first details, including Hayley and Elijah attending some sort of mysterious / prestigious gala, just take a look at the attached synopsis:

“In order to uncover what his old acquaintance Tristan (guest star Oliver Auckland) is really up to in New Orleans, Elijah (Daniel Gillies) considers attending a gala thrown by a mysterious group of ancient vampires known as The Strix, while Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) invites herself to attend with him. There, Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) is approached with an enticing offer made by a mysterious woman named Aya (guest star Tracy Ifeachor), but he quickly realizes that things are not always what they seem. Elsewhere, when a vital component of Lucien’s (guest star Andrew Lees) plan goes missing, he and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) form a tentative alliance in order to find it.”

It’s good to see that Klaus and Lucien are on the same page … even though it may only be for a short period of time. While we are at the moment only one episode into this season, it feels like he could be the swinging pendulum who changes the game for much of this season.
