‘How to Get Away with Murder’ season 2 spoilers: Famke Janssen will return as Eve

Through the first two episodes of “How to Get Away with Murder” season 2, we saw quite a few interactions between Annalise Keating and Famke Janssen’s character of Eve. These two have a romantic history is that is rather complex, and it is interesting and very much different from almost anything else that we’ve had a chance to see on the show until now.

So with that, it of course makes some sense that we would see her again at some point … and it has been officially confirmed now that we will. Speaking in a new interview with TVLine, executive producer Pete Nowalk makes it abundantly clear that she will return at some point in the near future:

“Famke Janssen will be coming back. Annalise and Eve obviously have a really deep relationship. I’d feel bad if they never saw each other again!”

Do we think that Eve is actually Annalise’s endgame? That’s something that is hard to give a clear answer to at the moment, mostly because we’ve seen this character go through so many different permutations, and it is very difficult to actually know what her heart wants and what she is even willing to accept for herself romantically. All we know is that this is a story we’re fascinated to see grow and develop over the course of the coming weeks (or however long this character is around).

Here is one other interesting little tidbit: Whatever Emily Sinclair is holding over Asher is serious business, and it is something that is going to lead to some shocking developments in the future. Stay tuned…
