‘Girl Meets World’ season 2, episode 18 preview: ‘Girl Meets World: of Terror 2’ with Ross Lynch, Laura Marano
Friday night’s “Girl Meets World” is going to be about Rileytown, identity, and a variety of other important subjects. What about the new episode airing on the Disney Channel next week? For the time being, let’s just say that this is going to be a story more about freaking out out than anything else … or at least as much as a show on this particular network should be focusing on doing something like that.
“Girl Meets World: Of Terror 2” is a follow-up to the episode that aired on the network last year, and in addition to being another Halloween-themed hour, this is also one that has some network synergy. After all, how else do you explain getting appearances from both Ross Lynch and Laura Marano. You can get some more information via the synopsis below, even if it is far from the most informative thing in the world:
“Riley and Maya meet the ghost of the bay window, who happens to be a flapper girl from the 1920′s. Guest-Starring “Austin & Ally’s” Ross Lynch and Laura Marano.”
The goal of this story is probably to open up your imagination a little bit. While there have been especially some episodes of the show in season 2 that have been specifically geared more towards some of the longtime fans of the original “Boy Meets World,” this seems to be designed a little more with the thought in mind that it can appeal to some of the new-age fans. Maybe there will be some more nostalgic references thrown in there at times, but it’s hard to say when writing this before seeing a promo. We’ll get a chance to dive in more to that a little later in the weekend.
