Next week on NBC, you are going to have a chance to see Brilliant Minds season 2 episode 17. What more can we say about it?

Well, for starters, the title for this installment is “Doctor, Interrupted.” This is an installment is going to bring a lot of different stuff to the table. For starters, Wolf is going to end up forming an interest with a new patient — but what does it mean? How far can he go given everything that is currently going on with him? These are some of the things that we are eager to get an answer to right now.

06/10/2026 (08:00PM – 09:00PM) (Wednesday) : Wolf becomes fascinated with an unusual patient at Hudson Oaks, who displays signs of being possessed. Carol and Thorne help newlyweds who are struggling with their sex life. TV-14

Our hope at this point is that we are going to at least see some fascinating emotional development that builds into the end of the season — or, as we know at this point, the end of the series. The show has already been canceled at NBC and with that in mind, we have to be aware that we are building towards a specific ending. We do really hope that we are not going to be getting some massive cliffhanger here — while cancellations often happen after scripts are done being written, we never want to see a journey end in a way where there is not a lot of clarity for what the next chapter will be.
