‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 9 spoilers: A bachelor party in reverse

On Monday night’s season 9 premiere of “The Big Bang Theory,” you had a chance to see Leonard and Penny finally have the wedding that so many people wanted to see. With that said, we’re not sure it happened the way many hoped that it would. For the most part, it was a depressing episode in between the two fighting about the co-worker Leonard kissed while out on the North Sea; meanwhile, we also had the end of the Sheldon – Amy relationship, at least for the time being.

Hopefully, there will be some chances for the show to cheer you up soon, and one of those could be by watching “The Bachelor Party Corrosion” on October 5. This episode will serve in some ways as a make-good for the party that Leonard did not have before the wedding, but just like with every other road trip we tend to see for the guys, things do not go according to plan. The synopsis below is further proof of that:

“The guys’ science skills are put to the test when they get a flat tire during Leonard’s bachelor party weekend in Mexico. Also, the girls force Penny to finally tell her family that she eloped with Leonard.”

For those wondering, Keith Carradine is going to be returning in this episode as Penny’s father Wyatt, who we have not seen on the show in a while. We’re still waiting to see Penny’s mother, given that we’ve heard pretty colorful stories about her over the years; however, we have never seen her in person.
