‘The Walking Dead’ season 6 spoilers: First premiere details for Andrew Lincoln, cast

Rick -The season 6 premiere of “The Walking Dead” is coming up on Sunday, October 11, and AMC is starting to get a little more open about some of what you can expect to see on the series. Take, for example, the first official synopsis for the premiere:

“Rick and the group are still having trouble assimilating into Alexandria. Will a new threat bring them closer together or drive them further apart?”

By the time we make it to the end of the show’s first episode, we’re probably going to get a little bit of a better idea of just what this “new threat” is, and hopefully in more specific terms than what we know right now. The only thing that has been confirmed at the moment is that the Wolves are going to more than likely be one of the key forces to be reckoned with over the course of the next several weeks; they are ruthless, and while Alexandria may not always be pleased to have Andrew Lincoln’s character and the rest of the gang around, they’re probably going to need them at some point soon.

While Alexandria may consider themselves to be a community based in some ways on peace, the reality here is more that they are a community based on luck. There are not that many reasons why they are still around and together other than the sole fact that they have not had anyone too imposing pay a visit just yet.

Given that we are still a ways away from the season 6 premiere, we’ll have some more news coming up soon.
