‘America’s Got Talent’ season 11: Who could replace Howard Stern? Also, how to audition
So who could feasibly replace him? Right now, the frontrunner probably has to be Simon Cowell, who is an executive-producer and there were rumors about earlier this year. We feel like he would like a presence again on TV in America, and while there are other candidates out there (it’d be great to get a magician or a circus performer for that sort of perspective), he is probably the most famous person that they could find for that role. Maybe you consider also just bringing back Piers, given that he doesn’t have a show on CNN anymore; however, he is probably even more polarizing now than he was as a regular panelist in the show’s early days.
Regardless of who the judges are, the one thing that the show desperately still needs is talent. Here’s how you can audition:
1. You can head over to the link here and learn how to submit a 2-3 minute video showing off your skill.
2. If you prefer to go to a casting call in-person, the aforementioned link has a list of cities and dates this fall. They are covering most of the continental U.S. well, and visiting such places as New York, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and more. We’re a little surprised that there are no dates as of yet for Chicago or Seattle, but that’s about it.

Bring back Piers. The other three are complete jokes.

AGT use to have only the three judges. Why does it need 4 judges now? I haven’t been watching that show for a long time. I decided to give it a try a few weeks ago when they had their anniversary special. It was horrible. I couldn’t stand watching a half hour of that crap. The show was all about the judges and less about the talent competition. The show is too similar to X Factor – all flash with not much substance. I know why these talent shows are losing viewers. They are too much like a Justin Bieber concert. Great if you’re 12 years old but the 12 year olds don’t have time for TV. They are too busy on their cell phones and ipads. That means most watching are older and the older audience don’t like Justin Bieber

For someone who doesn’t watch the show, you sure do have a lot to say about it.
Get off the couch.
